PRESS PASSES
The ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit is where technologies forge our future and your next story starts. We are pleased to welcome members of the news media and journalists to the event.
Press passes are available for accredited journalists who work at a recognized news outlet, including but not limited to print, television, radio, magazine, writers, reporters, editorial staff, and publishers. All press applications are subject to approval by the ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit and eventPower.
Your Press Pass Includes:
- Full Summit Programming
- Technology Showcase Exhibit Hall
- Networking Events
- Press filing/Media room
Please Note the Following:
- eventPower reserves the right to refuse accreditation to anyone who does not meet the stated criteria.
- Marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, art/graphics, publishing, and other non-editorial professionals of media organizations are NOT eligible for press passes. Analysts from for-profit research organizations are also NOT eligible for press passes.
- Freelancers will not be accredited unless they are assigned by a recognized editorial media outlet to cover ARPA-E or the Summit and meet all other requirements.
- All credentials will be reviewed and are subject to approval based on press space allocation and management's discretion. You will be notified within 30 days of the 2025 Summit whether you are approved for a complimentary press pass.
- Deadline to apply for a press pass is March 7, 2025.
