WHAT IS THE TECHNOLOGY SHOWCASE?

The heart of the Summit – the Technology Showcase – features ARPA-E-funded entrepreneurs, engineers, and researchers ready to discuss and commercialize their disruptive technologies. From industrial decarbonization to energy storage to advanced grid technologies and more, ARPA-E has innovations in every part of the energy sector. 

With more than 400 technologies and prototypes on display, the Tech Showcase is your chance to connect, partner, and learn about energy advancements that are changing the world. 

Your Summit registration will grant you access to all of the Tech Showcase, including:

• Live Demos: Disruptive ARPA-E-funded technologies will showcase their innovative developments
• New Tech: See and interact with transformational ARPA-E-funded technologies and speak with the innovators, researchers, and scientists developing them
• Networking Opportunities: Focused networking with industry, academic, and policymakers to form critical connections to move technologies to market

Small businesses, start-ups, non-profits, and researchers are encouraged to apply to exhibit alongside ARPA-E awardees. Deadline to Apply: January 6, 2025
Applicants will be notified of acceptances and rejections: January 15, 2025
Deadline for accepted applicants to confirm participation: January 22, 2025

COST TO PARTICIPATE 

There is no application fee. However, if your application is chosen to be included in the Technology Showcase, then you will be required to pay a $500 exhibit fee for the Tech Showcase space and are required to register your booth staff within registration. Registration is not included in the exhibit fee. Please note: Your link to register will be provided via email if your technology showcase application is approved.
